Return & Refund Promise
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to process returns on merchandise that is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on cues that have been chalked.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products marked “As-Is”, “Final Sale”, or “Clearance.” We also cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom products and/or made to order items.
Please note: delivery, installation, assemble/dissemble, and moving fees are not refundable. If you have any issues with game room service performed by Universal Billiards, please contact your sales team member as soon as possible (move, recover, installation, etc.). We will repair or redo the work. We provide a 100% warranty on our service work, but service sales are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some situations, only partial refunds can be granted, if applicable. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Restocking fees, pickup and storage charges may apply.
Refund (if applicable)
Purchases made with cash or check: You will be refunded by company check, which will be mailed within 10 days of returning the item(s).
We do not issue cash refunds.
Purchases made with a credit card: A credit will be issued at the time you return the item. Please be aware that some credit card returns may take multiple days to fully process.
