Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days of the purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide proof of purchase (original receipt and/or sales order paperwork).
Please note, we do not offer refunds for any services such as Delivery, installation, assembly, or moving fees. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
1. Products marked “As-Is”, “Final Sale”, or “Clearance”
2. Custom or personalized products
3. Made to order products
4. Merchandise that is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused
5. Cues that have been chalked or scuffed
6. Accessories that have been opened or used
7. Purchases older than 30 days from the time of attempted return
Returns of certain large and/or complex items will incur a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee applies to the following item types: Billiard Tables, Shuffleboard Tables, Foosball Tables, Air Hockey Tables, Table Tennis, Game Tables, and Arcade Games.
For purchases made with cash or check, any applicable refunds will be sent via company check and mailed within 10 days of eligible returns, or by an issue of store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
For purchases made with a credit card, a credit will be issued at the time you return the item. Please be aware that some credit card returns may take multiple days to fully process.
