So, you’re building an underground fallout shelter? Better include a game room so you don’t get bored down there!
When the designers on this project initially approached us, we were so pumped. They wanted a pool table, shuffleboard, and poker table. And all needed to be custom with a rustic aesthetic. This was important because the space they were going into was so unique and creative, nothing else would have been a good fit.
They went with our custom Texas Colt pool table and our Texas Elite shuffleboard. Both designs are rugged and rustic utilizing reclaimed barn metal and wood. The pool table got a little special treatment with custom TCU branded purple cloth. We also custom finished and upholstered their poker table as well.
The day of installation was so much fun. It was a bit of a drive outside of Dallas (location classified). Our service team couldn’t stop taking photos of the what was to be known as the party bunker. It still comes up in regular conversation to this day!
