To Our Patrons & Friends,

The spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us, especially here in DFW. As a result, our showrooms are currently closed to the public as we work with local and state government to reduce the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

We are still doing business! Our teams are still available by phone and email and are ready to assist you in any way needed. We will continue taking orders online and over the phone. Most often, new orders can be delivered and installed within 1-3 days.

Our white glove delivery, moving, and refurbishing services continue to operate as normal. Scheduled deliveries are still running on time, as planned. Our crews are taking every precaution possible to maintain a safe working environment in your home, and we are working diligently to prioritize the safety of our customers and team while continuing deliveries and services.

Thank you for shopping with us over the last 25 years. It has been our privilege as a family run business to serve the amazing designers and families of the DFW metroplex.

Are your showrooms open? Are there any changes to store hours?
In an effort to follow rules set by local and state government, our showrooms are currently closed to the public. You can continue to browse and shop online until we are allowed to reopen our stores.

Can I contact customer service?
Our customer service team is available to help answer your questions during regular business hours. Visit our contact page for more info. Please be patient as we may be busier than usual during this transition. Rest assured, will get you taken care of!

Can I expect my order to be delayed?
Our service crews and white glove delivery teams are still operating as normal. We are taking every precaution possible to maintain a safe working environment in your home. If there any delays or changes to your order timeline, we will reach out to you immediately.

Can I cancel my order due to COVID-19?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. In limited circumstances, cancelled orders may incur a restocking fee. View our refund policy for more details.
