Shipping Options:
We offer "White Glove Delivery & Installation" for all of our products including pool tables, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, poker tables, arcades, and more.
Description of White Glove Delivery & Installation:
White Glove Delivery & Install means that one of our in-house trained service teams will deliver, assemble, level, and fully install the items for your order in the location you desire. Our crews drive direct from our warehouse in Farmers Branch, TX to your final install address. They will arrive in one of our company branded fleet vehicles, and they will be dressed in company uniforms with our logo. They will also drop off any accompanying accessories and go over any care and maintenance questions you may have.
Costs for White Glove Delivery & Installation:
The charge for White Glove Delivery & Installation will be auto-calculated at checkout to any cart where these fees should apply. The rate is calculated based on the size and weight of the product, the distance to your location, and the complexity of the installation. The delivery fee will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery Timelines:
The delivery time depends on the availability of the product, the distance to your location, and our existing schedule. After you make your purchase, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. Custom made and/or special ordered products can add considerable time to any given project. We also experience seasonal spikes in demand and our delivery calendars can fill up fast. If you have concerns regarding timelines, please contact our sales team to confirm the estimated timeline before making your purchase.
Cancellation Fees:
To avoid issues during delivery, we inspect and pre-build or partially build larger items up to 36 hours in advance. This ensures your products meet our rigorous quality control standards before we get to the job site. Because of this, we require a 36-hour notice if you need to reschedule your install appointment. Cancellations within 36 hours of scheduled delivery will incur restocking and/or storage fees.
Restrictions:
- We do not ship outside of the United States.
- We deliver only to the lower 48.
- We cannot hang wall mounted products.
Please Note:
- You are responsible for ensuring that there is enough space and clearance for the billiard table and accessories in your desired location.
- An adult 18 years of age or older must be on site to sign off on the delivered products.
- For liability purposes, our delivery mechanics are not authorized to install or move other furniture, fixtures, billiard lighting, or wall racks.
- To ensure the safety of our delivery team, we reserve the right to delay deliveries due to hazardous road and/or weather conditions.
- If special accommodations are made for furniture that needs to be suspended/dropped into an area, additional fees may be assessed.
- Due to corporate safety policies and OSHA guidelines, our delivery associates are prohibited from removing their shoes at any time.
